Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Fairness and transparency guide every decision we make, and we expect the same from everyone we work with.
Bribery can take many forms: cash payments, gifts, hospitality, or favours intended to influence a decision. None of these are acceptable at ustwo. We do not offer, promise, or accept bribes of any kind. This applies to all ustwo employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and clients, including when we interact with public officials or government bodies, anywhere in the world.
We understand that gestures of appreciation, such as small gifts or hospitality, can sometimes be a normal part of professional relationships. However, when a gift or benefit could be seen as creating an obligation or influencing a decision, we simply do not allow it. If there's ever uncertainty, the right thing to do is to check before acting.
We are committed to creating an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up. Anyone who raises a concern in good faith will be supported and never penalised. Reporting concerns helps protect our people, our partners, and our shared reputation.
