Code of Conduct

At ustwo, we believe that the way we behave is just as important as the work we create. Our Code of Conduct is here to guide us, to make sure our choices reflect our values and to remind us that we are building more than digital products. We are building a company that is good for people, society, and the planet.

Our values are our compass. They remind us to be human, to learn together, to raise the bar, to use our freedom, and to enjoy the journey. These aren't just words on a wall. They shape how we treat each other, how we collaborate with clients and partners, and how we show up in our industry and communities.

We are committed to creating a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. That means zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation of any kind. It also means respecting diversity in all its forms and ensuring equity and inclusion are part of how we hire, reward, and support growth. We follow the laws and regulations where we work, and when our standards are higher than the law, we hold ourselves to those higher standards.

Integrity is central to how we do business. We do not allow bribery, fraud, theft, or conflicts of interest, and we expect the same from our partners, suppliers, and contractors. Each decision we make should be in the best interest of ustwo, aligned with our values, and safe to share openly.

Finally, we encourage everyone to speak up. If something feels wrong, we want people to feel safe raising it. Concerns will always be taken seriously, and no one will face retaliation for doing the right thing.

Our Code of Conduct is about accountability, care, and trust. By living these principles every day, we protect what makes ustwo unique and ensure we continue to grow as an independent, inclusive, and responsible company.

This Code of Conduct is reviewed annually and shared publicly to ensure accountability. Anyone can raise questions or concerns about our practices by contacting csr@ustwo.com. We remain open to feedback and committed to learning.

Ustwobies can find a more extensive version of this policy in our guide.
