Community & Social Impact Policy
At ustwo, we believe design and technology can be a force for good. Our work is about more than building digital products. It is about creating experiences that make a difference for people and for the communities we belong to. With five studios across the world, four of which are physical spaces, we recognise both the opportunity and the responsibility we have to contribute to social and cultural life locally and globally.
Community is central to who we are. We see our studios as hubs where creativity, connection, and responsibility come together. They act as platforms for cultural, educational, and charitable activities. Over the years we have hosted workshops, volunteering initiatives, and gatherings that strengthen local ties and create space for learning and collaboration. These are not side projects but part of how we show up and share what we have with those around us.
We know opportunity is not equally distributed. That is why we use our resources, influence, and creativity to help change that. Across our studios we support underrepresented voices and create pathways for emerging talent. We do this through mentoring, portfolio reviews, and knowledge-sharing events that give people practical tools and confidence. We also encourage ustwobies to volunteer their time and skills in ways that promote equity and inclusion, and we make space for this within our working culture.
Social impact also means accountability. As a B Corp, we publish an annual Impact Report where we share progress, challenges, and goals. These reports are a chance to reflect honestly and invite others to hold us to account.
While each studio has its own local priorities, we are united by global values of equity, sustainability, and inclusivity. By acting on these together, we aim to create lasting, positive change.
This policy is reviewed annually and shared publicly to ensure accountability. Anyone can raise questions or concerns about our practices by contacting csr@ustwo.com. We remain open to feedback and committed to learning.
Ustwobies can find a more extensive version of this policy in our guide.
