Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Policy

At ustwo, diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of who we are. They are not extra initiatives or side projects, but a core part of how we work and how we grow. We believe creativity thrives when people feel safe to be themselves, when different perspectives are welcomed, and when opportunities are shared fairly. Our DEI North Star, created by our employee-led DEI forum, guides this commitment and sits alongside our Code of Conduct as a promise we hold ourselves to.

Our North Star

Our North Star sets a clear direction. We commit to measurable action by:

  • Ensuring diverse representation across all levels of the company
  • Fostering belonging and psychological safety
  • Embedding equity into our processes, policies, and partnerships

We use our expertise to influence not only how we work internally, but also the impact we create with our clients and in the wider industry. Progress is tracked through the B Corp framework, engagement data, project impact metrics, and regular feedback, so that accountability is built in.

Our Aims

Our aims are simple but ambitious: to build diverse teams, create equitable opportunities for growth, and nurture an inclusive environment where every voice is heard.

This comes to life through:

  • Unbiased hiring practices
  • Global pay equity reviews
  • Inclusive performance and development frameworks
  • Commitment to accessibility and cultural awareness in our projects and studios

Everyone's Role

This work belongs to all of us. Each ustwobie has a role to play, whether by educating ourselves, challenging exclusionary behaviours, or actively participating in DEI conversations and initiatives. Small, consistent actions make a big difference when carried out with care.

We know this is ongoing work. At ustwo, we are committed to learning, adapting, and moving forward together to build a more inclusive future.

Ustwobies can find a more extensive version of this policy in our guide.
