Modern Slavery Statement

At ustwo, we believe everyone has the right to work in safe, fair, and legal conditions. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any form. Even though ustwo Ltd does not currently meet the turnover threshold for mandatory reporting under Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to publish this policy publicly because it reflects our values and the standards we expect of ourselves and our partners.

Our work is centred on digital products and services, so our supply chains are typically lower risk than many industries. That said, low risk is not the same as no risk. We take a proactive approach to prevention, and we aim to work only with suppliers and partners who can demonstrate responsible practices, fairness, and transparency.

We set expectations with suppliers, carry out appropriate checks, and build accountability into our relationships. Inside ustwo, we provide fair and safe working conditions for employees and contractors, and we support the people who manage external relationships to spot risks and raise concerns early.

We also want people to feel safe speaking up. If anyone, whether an employee, contractor, supplier, or partner, has concerns about unethical labour practices connected to ustwo, we encourage them to raise this in confidence with our People Team. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

This policy is reviewed annually and shared publicly to ensure accountability. Anyone can raise questions or concerns about our practices by contacting csr@ustwo.com. We remain open to feedback and committed to learning.

Ustwobies can find a more extensive version of this policy in our guide.
