Tax Strategy
At ustwo, we believe paying our fair share of tax is part of being a responsible business. As a B Corp, we hold ourselves to high standards of transparency and accountability, including in how we manage tax. Contributing to the societies where we work is a legal obligation, and it is also a reflection of our values as a people first, purpose led company.
Our approach is straightforward. We meet our tax obligations fully and responsibly in every country where we operate. We do not engage in aggressive tax planning, and we ensure our structures reflect the real substance of our activities. Put simply, we aim to pay the right amount of tax, in the right place, at the right time.
This strategy applies to all ustwo entities globally and is guided by three principles: compliance with local laws and reporting requirements, transparency through constructive relationships with tax authorities and clear disclosures, and ethical alignment so our tax approach reflects fairness, long term thinking, and sustainability.
Oversight of this strategy sits with our Chief Financial Officer, who ensures our approach is applied consistently and reports significant risks to senior leadership and the Partner Board. Concerns about our tax practices can be raised through established channels, including our whistleblowing process, and will be handled confidentially and with care.
This policy is reviewed annually and shared publicly to ensure accountability. Anyone can raise questions or concerns about our practices by contacting csr@ustwo.com. We remain open to feedback and committed to learning.
Ustwobies can find a more extensive version of this policy in our guide.
